If you have a complaint about a licensed cannabis dispensary, the CRA handles consumer complaints directly. Contact them through their official website at Cannabis Regulatory Agency. CannabisMichigan.org does not mediate disputes between consumers and businesses.

Expungement Assistance

If you need help clearing a past cannabis conviction from your record, contact the Great Lakes Expungement Network — Michigan's only fee-free, full-service expungement program. Up to 235,000 cannabis-related offenses may be eligible for expungement in Michigan.
